Payment

These payment terms form an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement. The rules on delivery, non-collection, returns and allocation of costs are set out on the “Delivery and Returns” page.
Cash on Delivery (Nova Poshta, Ukraine)
Please note: For cash on delivery orders, we may request a prepayment (advance) of up to 300 UAH. The cash on delivery amount upon receipt will be reduced by the prepaid amount.
Important: If the buyer refuses to receive the parcel / does not collect it within the storage period / the shipment is returned to the sender, or the order is cancelled after it has been handed over for dispatch for reasons attributable to the buyer, the prepayment may be non-refundable in full or in part and applied as compensation for actually incurred costs related to order processing, delivery and/or return (up to 300 UAH).
Any retention or set-off of the advance is limited to actually incurred and documented costs, UAH 300 and the extent permitted by mandatory law.
If the issue is on our side: in case of a seller’s mistake or manufacturing defect, the prepayment is refunded in full, and we cover the delivery/return costs.
You can pay in cash or by card when receiving the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch or from the courier. This payment method is available only for deliveries within Ukraine.
Please note: Nova Poshta/NovaPay charges a money-transfer fee under its current tariffs. As of this revision date: payment with a NovaPay card costs UAH 10 + 1% of the amount; other payment methods cost UAH 20 + 2%. Nova Poshta/NovaPay determines the current tariff and available payment methods.
By placing an order and checking the box “I have read and agree to the terms”, the customer confirms acceptance of the prepayment (advance) terms and the possibility of its retention in the cases stated above.
Online Payment via MonoPay and WayForPay
The modern and convenient MonoPay and WayForPay payment systems allow you to pay for your order using a card from any bank, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Suitable for cards issued by Ukrainian banks.
- Suitable for cards issued by foreign banks.
The system is simple and reliable — anyone can make a payment regardless of their location.
For foreign cardholders: If payment is made in a currency other than UAH, the commission and conversion rate will depend on your bank's terms and conditions. Please check these details with your bank before proceeding with the payment.
Bank Transfer to IBAN (Ukraine)
You can pay for your order via a bank transfer to our IBAN account in UAH. After placing the order, we will provide you with the payment details.
Note: This payment method is available only for customers in Ukraine. The transfer may take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank. The order will be shipped once the payment is received.
